We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer focused on 3rd line costumer support to join our team. You will work on preventive maintenance and will be responsible for issue identification and resolution resulting from IoT Portals and components.

What are we looking for?
- Knowledge of Unix administration, Shell Script and SQL;
- Knowledge of the concepts of an ITIL process;
- Ability to prevent and diagnose for client and system issues;
- Experience with continuous integration and Continuous delivery (CI/CD);
- Experience with Java and ReactJS.

Nice to have:
- Troubleshooting and code fixing;
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts;
- Knowledge of Weblogic;
- Knowledge of Jenkins
