IT Service Desk Engineer | CLOSED
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide effective technical support and high levels of customer service. The role will involve handling and resolving desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and basic network/server troubleshooting with administration.
Experience / Key Skills
- 2+ years experience in Service Desk position on an international environment;
- IT infrastructure support working across a range of up to date technologies including Office 365, Google Suite, Windows 10, Active Directory, Mac OS and Apple iOS;
- Strong technical background, both in software as in end user hardware;
- Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products;
- Logical and methodical problem-solving skills;
- Ability to convey technical issues simply to end-users;
- Understanding of customer service skills showing empathy, confirming understanding, effective listening etc;
- Availability for US Shifts 24x7 and on call (mandatory);
- Fluent in English.
