Second Level Support Specialist | CLOSED
We are hiring a Support Specialist for a project in Lisbon or Porto.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Total of 3+ years of experience as first & second-line (Level 1 and Level 2 support) IT Application Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- Working understanding/experiences with relational databases: Oracle, SQL server and/or PostgreSQL;
- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration;;
- Experience with Java application servers like IBM WebSphere or Apache Tomcat;
- Experience with a scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Flexible in working on public holiday and weekends to deliver production changes;
- Available for on-call support.
