Change Management Expert (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Change Management Expert (French Speaker) to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience: Demonstrated experience in change management and certified coaching;
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus;
  
• Experience in the establishment and development of teams within a consulting context is highly desirable;
  
• Experience in Financial Groups: Demonstrated experience working with or within international financial groups;
  
• English and French proficiency are mandatory.
