Senior Consultant/Financial Consultant (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant/Financial Consultant (French Speaker) to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience: Demonstrated experience in both banking and consulting;
• Experience in Integration of Banks: Proven track record in managing and executing bank integration projects;
  
• Experience in International Financial Groups: Demonstrated experience working with or within international financial groups;
• English and French proficiency are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize & Execute:

• Roll out the vision, strategy, and operating model of the consulting unit;
  
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes;
• Drive Strategic Projects: Lead consulting engagements on major strategic and integration initiatives;
• Oversee a portfolio of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring delivery excellence.

Build Relationships:

• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders;
  
• Manage expectations, influence decision-making, and navigate competing interests;
  
• Promote and develop existing and new consulting service offerings;
• Actively contribute to the evolution of consulting methods, tools, and best practices;
  
• Foster knowledge sharing within Internal Consulting (lessons learned, thought leadership, internal presentations).
