Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to work in a finance project in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team projects;
- Design activity processes;
- Consolidate team information for follow up on steering meetings, and prepare program management governance and supports;
- Evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete and accurate;
- Map processes and procedures;
- Analyze business needs and document them into project requirements;
- Suggest tool improvements for better efficiency;
- Ensure that project result and the required deliverables are provided on time according to the established priorities and in line with the expected quality;
- Define algorithms for matching;
- Design reporting structure requirements;
- Deliver expected results without delay.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Finance or IT;
- Project management skills;
- Contact with reconciliation processes and tools (primarily Intellimatch);
- Ensure good communication between different teams;
- Steering committees according with the needs and criticality;
- Experience with Power BI is a plus;
- Experience with Alteryx is a plus;
- VBA/macros know how is a plus;
- Good understanding of a corporate IT environment;
- Upon request, provide required information to the different stakeholders on its topics;
- Organization and prioritization skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Ability to work in cross functional team;
- Fluency in English;
- French is a plus.
