Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to work in a finance project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team projects;
  • Design activity processes;
  • Consolidate team information for follow up on steering meetings, and prepare program management governance and supports;
  • Evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete and accurate;
  • Map processes and procedures;
  • Analyze business needs and document them into project requirements;
  • Suggest tool improvements for better efficiency;
  • Ensure that project result and the required deliverables are provided on time according to the established priorities and in line with the expected quality;
  • Define algorithms for matching;
  • Design reporting structure requirements;
  • Deliver expected results without delay.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Finance or IT;
  • Project management skills;
  • Contact with reconciliation processes and tools (primarily Intellimatch);
  • Ensure good communication between different teams;
  • Steering committees according with the needs and criticality;
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus;
  • Experience with Alteryx is a plus;
  • VBA/macros know how is a plus;
  • Good understanding of a corporate IT environment;
  • Upon request, provide required information to the different stakeholders on its topics;
  • Organization and prioritization skills;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Ability to work in cross functional team;
  • Fluency in English;
  • French is a plus.
