Project Manager

You will work on projects about Cloud Adoption, Data Integration and Cloud Native Services, in a multicultural team with presence in Portugal and Germany.

We are looking for an Project Manager to work in this project in Aveiro.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination and agreement of project meetings with various participants and stakeholders;
• Logging of team, project, and customer appointments;
• Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings;
• Supporting the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders;
• Creation of presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets);
• Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team;
• Support in meeting timelines/deadlines;
• Preparation of project documentation for reuse in other projects.

Requirements:

• You have already gained initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management);
• You were already part of a technical project team;
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working;
• You have knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban);
• You are confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint);
• You are fluent in English.
