IT Project Manager

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking a IT Project Manager to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

Key responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget and milestones to ensure successful project completion;
• Documentation Management: Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards;
• Leadership and communication: Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress;
  
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Software Delivery: Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle;
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes;
• Migration Strategy : Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
  Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration. Ensure the first days of production go smoothly, addressing any issues promptly and providing follow-up support to stabilize the new system.
