Mid-Level Tech Recruiter
As a Mid-Level Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. With a solid foundation in tech recruitment, you will bring your experience to bear in managing the recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to meet our growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers for various tech roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record of filling a variety of technical roles (e.g., software developers, data analysts, system administrators).
- Technical Acumen: Good understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and the technology industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Proactivity: Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
