Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally with a focus on compliance, legal, or security certifications;
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Proficient English), with a proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, including software architecture, development methodologies, and best practices. Ability to engage with engineering teams, understand technical challenges, and contribute to technical discussions;
  • Compliance Knowledge: Experience working with compliance frameworks. Understanding security certifications and regulatory obligations is a plus;
  • Risk Management: Proficient in risk management, and experienced in handling complex, cross-functional programs;
  • Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with industry-standard project/program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Google Sheets/Slides, etc) and practices;
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving compliance requirements while driving results and keeping stakeholders aligned;
  • Good communication in English, written and spoken.
