ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with ITSM Service Now as a Business Analyst;
  • Previous experience with "Employee Center" - Internal User Portal;
  • Experience with CMDB, Service Request, Catalog, UX/UI and Change/Incident/Request
  • Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops to harmonize functional needs to accommodate other ITSM tools, such as CMDB, Discovery, Sailpoint, AD, etc.;
  • Identify interdependencies with the CSM tool;
  • Specify and implement the needs expressed by different entities to transform them into ServiceNow solutions;
  • Redesign the internal service request portal presented to employees.
