Backup Engineer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Backup Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Between 3 to 6 years of experience;
  
• Expertise about backup and archiving concepts and technologies;
  
• Expertise of backup tools: Rubrik, Spectrum Protect (ex TSM) and robotics;
  
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python);
  
• General knowledge of deployments tools (GIT, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Openshift, Docker);
  
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux RedHat OS required. AIX knowledge desired;
  
• Good knowledge of scheduling tools: VTOM and Control-M;
  
• Fluent in English and French.
