Agile Program Manager

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an Agile Program Manager to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years experience as Agile Coach;
  
• Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe);
  
• Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments;
  
• Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity;
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching;
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  
• Fluent in English.
