CyberSecurity Team Coordinator

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a CyberSecurity Team Coordinator to work in a project in Porto (hybrid model)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Years of experience in a similar role within an Information Security or IT environment;
  • Proficiency in JIRA and experience with Kanban Boards for task management and tracking;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively extract information from team members and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining proper work organization and adherence to deadlines;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset;
  • High level of assertiveness and professionalism, with the ability to interact confidently with team members and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential;
  • Previous experience working in the financial industry, or a regulated environment is advantageous (nice to have).

Responsabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead to prioritize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of objectives;
  • Monitor and track task progress using JIRA and Kanban Boards, extracting relevant information from team members, and providing regular updates to stakeholders;
  • Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring that all members are informed of project status, changes, and upcoming deadlines;
  • Act as a liaison between the Offensive Security Team and other departments or stakeholders, conveying requirements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of team processes, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency;
  • Provide support to team members as needed, helping to resolve issues, and overcome obstacles to project success;
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards;
  • Maintain a strong understanding of IT corporate knowledge and technical concepts to effectively interpret and communicate technical information within the team.
