Genesys Developer (Java /.NET)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Genesys Developer (Java /.NET) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Programming skills, particularly in Java and/or .NET;
• Strong knowledge of Genesys on-premise components such as Composer, Routing, and Reporting;.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud;
• Understanding of contact center operations and business processes;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users;
• Experience with related technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems may also be beneficial;
• French-speaking will be a plus.
