Data Engineer (Python)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Data Engineer (Python) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• More than 9 years of experience;
  
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, or a similar area;
  
• Several years of experience with Python;
  
• Strong understanding of ETL;
  
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in managing databases are required;
  
• Knowledge of GIT for version control is necessary;
  
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, XLRelease, and XLDeploy is highly desirable;
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are essential for troubleshooting and optimizing our data solutions;
  
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and batch file scripting would be a plus;
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  
• Good level of English (mandatory).
