Transformation & Projects Officer

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking a Transformation & Projects Officer to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

Key responsibilities:

• Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorise the selection and planning of all related projects and activities;
  
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage;
  
• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project;
  
• Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams;
• Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk;
  
• Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment;
  
• Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results;
  
• Experience with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Power BI (nice to have);
  
• Fluent in English.
