ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon. 

Experience:

• Experiences with service requests creation and modification, service portal widget and customizations;
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules;
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT asset management best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and UI customization;
• Understanding of API integrations and automation within ServiceNow;
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required, Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM-related certifications preferred;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs and automation tools;
• Experience with Flow Designer and Automation;
• Fluent in English.
