Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a project in Lisbon.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an outsourcing environment;
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean search, ATS systems, and social recruiting tools;
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment dashboards; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau are a plus;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and performance tracking;
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and employment laws;
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
