Project / Program Manager

We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership and process expertise, ensuring deadlines and budgets;
  
• Engage early with senior leaders across business teams;
  
• Lead steering meetings to drive decisions, and share risks/issues/dependencies;
  
• Challenge processes, defend simplicity and gain stakeholder buy-in;
  
• Ensure system integrators follow fit-to-standard, and govern exceptions;
  
• Manage program and dependencies across workstreams;
  
• Handle sign-offs with 3rd parties, integrators, and business;
  
• Proven experience in full transformation lifecycle of similar scale;
  
• Strong grasp of business issues, and tech impact;
  
• Able to thrive in fast-paced PE-owned environment;
  
• Excellent stakeholders management, coaching and leadership;
  
• Top-notch planning, organization, and time management skills;
  
• Able to manage multiple initiatives;
• Skilled in juggling workstreams, priorities, reporting lines, multi-site scope, and change/risk;
  
• Knowledge of PM tools;
• Experience managing vendors with in time, cost, and budget;
  
• Fluent in English.
