SAP eCommerce Testing and Support

We are looking for a SAP eCommerce Testing and Support to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP eCommerce, especially BTP-driven changes;
  
• Validate integration between SAP Commerce (Hybris/Cloud), BTP, and SAP back-end (ECC/S4);
  
• Support issues with custom APIs, extensions, and BTP apps:
  
• Collaborate with developers and functional teams for test coverage;
• Document test scenarios, cases and results;
  
• Support UAT and production cutover;
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot eCommerce incidents;
  
• Ensure BTP deployments (APIs, UI5 apps, etc.) are tested pre-go-live;
  
• Improve testing and support practices;
  
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris;
  
• Functional testing and incident management;
  
• Familiarity with web tech;
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Basic SAP integration knowledge;
  
• Experience with testing/support tools.
