Senior RPA Developer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

You must have:

• Between 6-9 years of experience in a similar role;
• Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
• Outstanding programming/software development background;
• Experience with UiPath RPA tools for 6+ years;
• Experience with programming languages (preferably experience in .NET environment: C#, VB.Net);
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions;
• Strong business skills and experience in working with cross/functional teams (e.g. Security, IAM, Finance, Internal Audit, working side by side with SME’s for creating process documentation);
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2) and Portuguese (minimum B2).

Nice to Have:

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification;
• Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools (OCR, AI/ML) would be a plus;
• Knowledge of OCR, functional libraries, other tools and methods to accelerate development;
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
• Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
• Experience with VBA (Excel Macros) and PowerShell;
• Motivated and strong team player with a positive attitude;
• Willingness to share knowledge with full transparency;
• Autonomous, while capable of working within a team;
• Eager to work in a challenging and demanding environment;
• Staying optimistic and persistent when facing roadblocks;
• French language will be a plus.
