Technical Writer

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a Technical Writer to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing of IT documentation;
  
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail;
  
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  
• Excellent written skills in English (B2/C1);
  
• Experience using wiki markup language to create documentation (on Atlassian Confluence).

Responsibilities:

• Technical write infrastructure network and security documentation, as well as for information security;
  
• Assist and produce documentation that meets the requirements, policies and standards, for IT teams and auditors;
  
• Definition and implementation of a document management process accross IT teams;
  
• Organization and maintenance of the documentation library.
