Release Manager

We are looking for a Release Manager for a project for Lisbon or Porto (hybrid): 

Skills required:

  • 5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP;
  • Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and interaction with SAP vendors;
  • Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within French regulatory context;
  • Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control;
  • Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e.g., GDPR);
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills;
  • Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus;
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities;
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams;
  • Technologically curious, with an interest in HR tech innovation and automation;
