Azure Data Engineer

We are looking for an Azure Data Engineer to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and dbt;
• Leverage SQL and Azure Synapse to store, manage, and transform large datasets;
• Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and troubleshoot issues;
• Create Power BI dashboards for actionable insights;
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to refine requirements;
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all pipelines;
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field;
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure;
• Experience with Databricks, SQL and Power BI;
• Fluent in Portuguese and in English;
