Full Stack Tech Lead (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead (French Speaker) to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, Angular, etc.);
• Previous experience in a tech lead or similar leadership role is preferred;
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.);
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
• Proficiency in both English and French, with a minimum C1 level in French;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
