Project Management Officer/ Reporting Management Officer
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Project Management Officer/ Reporting Management Officer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
- More than 9 years of experience;
- Mastery of budget fundamentals and financial management (experience in IT environments);
- Essential knowledge of accounting, taxation (VAT), and income statements;
- Finance Expertise is a plus;
- Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint;
- Mastery of other O365 tools;
- Mastery of Power BI is an additional asset;
- Fluent in English.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collecting team needs for budget preparation and seasonal revisions;
- Controlling the quality of monthly billing and linear consumption of budgets;
- Keeping the IT workload plan updated and participating in finance-related meetings;
- Developing summaries and budget dashboards for business committees;
- Participating in transformation projects related to budget management processes and tools.
