Senior BackEnd Developer (Java)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior BackEnd Developer (Java) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• + 9 years of experience developing in JAVA and SpringBoot;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  
• Experience with continuous integration principles and tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory;
  
• Deep knowledge of Java eco-system: Web sevices/API (JAX-WS, REST/JSON) and JPA/Hibernate;
  
• Good understanding relational databases such as Oracle;
  
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito;
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum;
  
• Ability to write clean, easy to understand code;
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (mininum B2 - mandatory);
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in French (nice to have).
