Business Analyst

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

  • Payment Knowledge: Proficiency with SCT and SDD schemas;
  • Technically Savvy: Ability to navigate online platforms with ease. You should be comfortable working with technical teams and understand the implications of different configurations;
  • Supplier Management: Experience in handling software supplier packages effectively;
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to provide thorough analyses and develop technical or business specifications;
  • Deployment Familiarity: Familiarity with Jenkins to optimize our deployment processes;
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative team environment;
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English or French (minimum B2 level).

Plus:

  • Prior experience in business analyses, particularly in the payments or financial services industry;
  • Proficiency in both English and French for effective communication across diverse teams;
  • Knowledge of the software environment and versioning practices, enabling effective navigation through updates and ensuring compatibility across various tools and platforms.
