Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of a strong, proven track record in program management, event management, L&D coordination, or similar roles involving large-scale internal initiatives;
  
• Proven track record organizing internal events or trainings for technical audiences, ideally at scale;
  
• Experience working with external vendors, training providers, and event platforms;
  
• Exceptional organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail;
  
• Ability to coordinate effectively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
  
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for learning, community-building, and creativity;
  
• Ability to analyze feedback and engagement data to drive adoption and continuous improvement;
  
• Experience with tools like Confluence and learning tools such as Articulate (preferred but not mandatory).
