Integrated Management System (IMS) Consultant

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Consultant to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

Profile Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ISO management systems (preferably ISO 27001, 22301, 9001, and QNRCS).
  • Strong knowledge of internal/external audits, including NC/OFI handling and follow-up.
  • Ability to assess control effectiveness, maturity, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with documentation management and maintenance of internal control systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with technical and management stakeholders.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and presentations
  • English: B2

Responsibilities:

  • LOD1.5 Support: Validate LOD1 evidence, assess control implementation and maturity, propose improvements, and follow up progress in the internal control tool.
  • Audit & Certification Support: Prepare audit documentation, manage the certification calendar, support internal/external audits, and track NCs/OFIs with relevant owners.
  • Internal Audits Execution: Plan, execute, and report two IMS internal audits (one focused on ISO 27001 and one covering the full IMS scope).
  • IMS Management & Improvement: Maintain and improve documentation, KPIs, control registers, and prepare materials for Management Reviews.
  • Continuous Consulting: Respond to security questionnaires, support business stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation
