HR Application Support Analyst (french speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a HR Application Support Analyst (french speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

  • Between 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Support;
  • Knowledge of HR procedures (a plus), particularly in recruitment and talent management;
  • Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (a plus);
  • Understanding of how a Learning Management System (LMS) works (a plus);
  • Administrative mindset and good communication skills due to the support activity;
  • Fluent in french and english (B2).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for the mentioned application;
  • Manage communications through various tools such as Teams, Outlook, and, in some cases, by phone;
  • Follow all procedures to ensure that KPIs are measured;
  • Ensure the quality assurance of digital content for the deployment of e-learning training;
  • Be responsible for data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with the support team;
  • Work in coordination with the project/development team;
  • Close working with Paris team.
