Application Support Analyst

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in a similar role;
• Financial products knowledge;
• SQL skills on Oracle: Proficient in SQL for manipulating and querying data as needed;
• Capability to interact with different users;
• Knowledge of Python;
• Be interested to learn the Global Markets business;
• Very good communication in English, both orally and written;
• Previous experience in support (L1/L2 Support Experience);
• French language is a plus.
