Developer Mainframe Programmer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Developer Mainframe Programmer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Experience in mainframe, specifically with COBOL, JCL, and DB2;
• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience in a similar role; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, if required;
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Good level of French - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Availability to come to the office 2 days per week (flexible).
