Lead Pen Tester

In this project you will be working in a high-security, mission-critical environment within the defense and cybersecurity domain, focused on assessing and strengthening the security of complex web platforms and APIs. You will be part of an international context where precision, rigor, and trust are essential, contributing to the protection of large-scale digital systems that support critical operations.

We are hiring a Lead Pen Tester for an european project in Belgium (remote).

Requirements:

• Experience Minimum 5 years conducting grey-box or application-layer penetration testing;
• Demonstrated experience in team coordination, reporting, and remediation advisory;
• Advanced certifications such as OSWE, GWAPT, GXPN, or equivalent;
• Coordinate internal staffing and resource allocation to meet scheduled testing timelines;
• Oversee the execution of up to 25 grey-box web application penetration tests per year;
• Participate in scoping discussions, kick-off meetings, and periodic progress reviews;
• Advanced level of English.
