Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an Engineering school or equivalent;
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of NLP, RAG, and AI concepts;
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English for effective communication;
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (BPMN, User Stories);
• A real passion for learning, improving processes, and helping others, with a strong sense of service and coordination;
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods as required;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira) to support iterative solution delivery.
