DevOps Coach

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a DevOps Coach to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• More than 9 years of professional experience;
  
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience using tools such as CRAFT and OpenShift;
• Strong alignment with DevOps culture principles (CALMS);
• Experience with Jenkins/Jira;
  
• Experience with Bitbucket or Git;
• Experience with TFS, XL Deploy and XL Release;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning;
• Ability to use and create APIs for automation purposes is highly valued;
• Deep understanding of the DevSecOps culture and mastery in implementing its methodologies;
  
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops focused on DevOps practices;
  
• Fluent in English.
