Cyber Security & Business Continuity Consultant

We are looking for a Cyber Security & Business Continuity Consultant to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Key responsibilities:
Business Continuity & Resilience:
- Support the design, development, and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks aligned with international standards (e.g., ISO 22301);
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical processes and dependencies;
- Assist in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and Crisis Management Plans;
- Participate in continuity testing, crisis simulation exercises, and scenario‑based assessments.
Cyber Resilience & Incident Preparedness:
- Contribute to cyber resilience initiatives, aligning BCM with incident response capabilities;
- Assess organizational preparedness for cyber incidents and propose remediation measures;
- Support the integration of resilience requirements into broader cybersecurity programs.
Client delivery & project support:
- Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support project execution;
- Prepare high‑quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and process documentation;
- Support project management tasks such as planning, monitoring, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Management, or a related field;
- 1-4 years of experience in Business Continuity, Cyber Resilience, Technology Risk, or related domains;
- Knowledge of BCM standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL, COBIT);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
