Tech Lead (.NET/Angular)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Tech Lead (.NET/Angular) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

• More than 9 years of professional experience;
• Experience with .NET, C# and Angular;
• Holds extensive and specific knowledge and skills, obtained through deep and/or broad expertise, typically associated with academic training and professional experience;
• Has a solid understanding of a complex discipline and/or awareness of several disciplines with different levels of complexity;
• Is involved in technical decisions regarding an area, issuing and advocating technical advice, being able to transfer knowledge and influence others to follow;
• Deals with routine and non routine situations that require the adaptation of new solutions, through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative reasoning, and the application of methods and tools to perform complex tasks;
• Develops new and creative solutions to problems, identifying the approach to follow depending on the challenge and the context;
• Acts supported by general and broad procedures and practices, demonstrating autonomy in decision making and in solving problems of moderate to high complexity;
• Works with fully autonomy in various contexts, assuming planning, execution and control responsibilities, having high impact on the decision-making processes as well as the responsibility for meeting work streams targets on budget, time and quality;
• Can assume technical coordination of specialized activities and medium sized projects;
• Interacts with others influencing and persuading on a variety of audiences in order to obtain and generate commitment by changing behaviors;
• Provides guidance on technical issues, identifies areas for process improvement and proposes solutions to improve efficiency and quality;
• Develops and delivers presentations and training sessions on technical topics as well as provides mentoring and coaching to other team members, to help them develop their technical skills;
• Collaborates with other teams within the organization to develop integrated technical solutions;
• Collaborates with product owners and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Identifies and resolves complex technical issues and defects as well as conducts technical feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions (if applicable);
• Collaborates with managers and experts to align technology initiatives with overall business goals;
• May participate in industry conferences and events and stays up to date with emerging technologies and trends;
• May be responsible for the coordination of resources and/or for the informal and functional coordination of technicians with less seniority;
• Good level of English language.
