Tech/Support Analyst

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Tech/Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in production/support role for software or IT systems;
  • Between 3 and 6 years of experience;
  • Openness to evolving technical skills in .NET or Python development;
  • Experience with Log analysis and troubleshooting;
  • Experience with incident response processes and stakeholder communication; 
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes is a plus;
  • Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and incident tracking tools;
  • Understanding of software delivery life cycle and agile methodologies;
  • Good level of English Language.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in Digital AI products (XLDeploy and XLRelease);
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting using Elasticsearch/Kibana;
  • Knowledge in Agile framework;
  • Basic knowledge in Power BI Dashboards;
  • Hands on experience on Git and branches strategies.
