Agile Coach
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for an Agile Coach to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- More than 9 years of experience as Agile Coach;
- Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe);
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments;
- Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity;
- Strong skills for leading, educating and coaching;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to teams on agile principles, frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and practices to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency;
- Agile Transformation: Lead and support the organization’s agile transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
- Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote understanding and adoption of agile practices among team members and stakeholders;
- Performance Metrics: Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of agile implementation and team performance;
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals and priorities;
- Feedback Loop: Encourage a culture of feedback and reflection through regular retrospectives and reviews, promoting a growth mindset within teams;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and other stakeholders to advocate for agile practices, address challenges, and promote the benefits of agile methodologies;
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging agile methodologies to continuously enhance the coaching program.
