DevOps Support Engineer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

• More than 9 years of experience on a similar role;
  
• Infrastructure automation specialist in a predominantly Windows environment, with strong focus on idempotent Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Python and PowerShell, integrated into an enterprise‑grade CI/CD toolchain;
• General knowledge of production tools like Scheduler (VTOM), Supervision (Zabbix, AppDynamics), ELK, Grafana;
  
• General knowledge of deployments tools (GIT, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Jenkins);
  
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems;
  
• Good knowledge and capacity to create scripts with Python, Shell and Powershell;
  
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
  
• Willingness to learn and develop.
