Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist for a maternity cover project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field;
• Experience with invoice processing systems;
• Previous experience with controlling the flow of invoices into a Procure to pay system, driving automation and Matching to Purchase Orders, and gaining business approvals;
  
• Manage the key vendor query email accounts, providing effective responses;
  
• Previous experience with verification of vendor profiles and invoices to ensure proper coding;
  
• General support to activities performed across the Shared Accounting Services;
  
• Fluent in English.
