Data Engineer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role;
  
• 3+ years experience in Microsoft Access (VBA/Visual Basic), Advanced Excel (formulas, automation) and Database connectivity (ODBC, Power Query);
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Data preparation and transformation;
• Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders;
  
• Capability to translate business needs into functional requirements;
  
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset;
  
• Ability to work in cross-location environments (Portugal + international teams);
  
• Fluent in English: C1 (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with: Power BI/Power Automate, Alteryx or other low-code/no-code tools;
  
• Familiarity with: Data visualization and Power Platform ecosystem.
