We are looking for a Test Manager to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Description:

The Integration & Test Manager defines, plans and executes the end-to-end testing strategy for an SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion, ensuring ECC processes, integrations and custom developments operate correctly in the new environment with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for test strategy (SIT, UAT, regression), criteria, cycles and a risk-based approach, aligned with cutover;
  
• Leads integration testing across modules and systems, ensuring data consistency;
  
• Manages test execution, cases, data and defects using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira or Tosca;
  
• Establishes and drives defect management, prioritisation and retesting;
  
• Acts as the link between business and IT, ensures UAT readiness and sign-off, and reports to the programme;
  
• Ensures test environments and data availability;
  
• Focuses on validating custom code and ECC regression;
  
• Supports cutover, go-live and hypercare;
  
• Requires experience in Brownfield projects, SAP processes, integrations and test management;
  
• Fluent in German – nice to have.
