Employee Experience Specialist

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon or Braga area to work remotely.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field;
  
• 3+ years of experience with employee experience, and event management;
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions;
  
• Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships;
  
• Ability to design and execute communication plans;
  
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure effectiveness of initiatives;
  
• Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities;
  
• Fluent in English.
