Agile Coach

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an Agile Coach to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• More than 9 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Proven experience as a coach and enabler in large-scale operational or cultural transformation programs, ideally within a CIB or complex financial services environment;
  
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and solid experience across both Dev and Ops disciplines;
  
• Good general knowledge of CI/CD toolchains;
  
• Agile coaching capability, with experience establishing continuous improvement practices between Dev and ProdApp teams, and experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, or equivalent);
  
• Very good facilitation skills and a natural ability to build trust across diverse profiles, from engineers to senior executives;
  
• Ability to influence without authority and lead through inspiration rather than instruction;
  
• Fluent in English.
