IT HR Business Analyst (French Speaker)
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for an IT HR Business Analyst (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst;
- Knowledge of training platform functionalities, such as LMS (Learning Management System), TMS (Training Management System), LCMS (Learning Content Management System), and LXP (Learning Experience Platform);
- Previous experience with project management tasks, such as: governance, facilitation, engagement, training, documentation, and communication;
- Knowledge of Change Management;
- Proficiency with sFTP / API flows. Log reading, and SMTP;
- Previous experience with SQL, and SSO functionality, like: oAuth / SAML V2;
- Fluent in English and French.
