Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer
In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a project based in Porto (hybrid).
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including identity management, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Proven experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API for automation, scripting, and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud security, including Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, compliance, governance, and migration projects from on-premises to Microsoft 365/Azure.
- Fluent technical English (minimum B2) with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with hybrid environments (Active Directory + Entra ID Sync) and cloud architecture is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online, ensuring platform availability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement identity, access management, governance, and security best practices, including Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, compliance policies, and Zero Trust principles.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration, modernization, and integration projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with security, privacy (GDPR), and audit requirements.
