Senior IBM BAW Developer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior IBM BAW Developer to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• 9+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Experience with IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) — hands-on development experience is mandatory;
• Experience with IBM Process Designer — process modeling, service flows, BPDs, coaches;
• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services & SOA architecture, JavaScript/EcmaScript (BAW scripting, coach logic);
• Experience with SQL/PL/SQL;
• Good understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, JIRA, Kanban);
• Good understanding of Version control: Git/Bitbucket;
• Fluent in English.

Good to have:

• Good understanding of Java/J2EE — for custom service integrations and back-end extensions;
• Good understanding of Angular — for enriched front-end experiences beyond native BAW coaches;
• Knowledge of IBM Case Manager (ICM) / Operational Decision Manager (ODM);
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, pipelines);
• Knowledge of Web accessibility standards (WCAG);
• Good understanding of Confluence/Swagger documentation.
